A Mobile Ordering System
RFG wanted to enhance their mobile ordering capabilities to cater to the increasing demand for delivery while ensuring that customers who preferred in-store collection had an efficient and seamless payment process.

Additionally, they required a way to offer bundled meal transactions and wanted to incentivize new customer acquisition with a loyalty and gift card system.

Intergation with apple and google wallets means the simplest buying experience possible for RFGs customers; all perfectly branded for RFG.
Online Ordering for Delivery
RFG utilise LoyLap’s Delivery functionality to set multiple map based delivery zones where their drivers can deliver orders according to set order time rules.
LoyLap’s delivery data is sync’d with RFG own delivery software daily so that their drivers are given the optimal route for food deliveries with zero manual work required.

Campaigns and Engagement
RFG use the their branded app to remind people when their ordering windows are closing to encourage those last minute orders.
They also successfully utilise the campaigns functionality for referral marketing with partner gyms over LA having the ability to give referrals to customers whereby the customer gets discounts off their first order and the gym gets a referral bonus.

RFG are a strong user of LoyLap’s latest product; Bundles.
Customers are encouraged to purchased 10 or 20 meal plans in the app for an upfront fee, and then to collect or have their meals delivered at their convenience.
For RFG this means upfront cashflow and strong customer loyalty, and for customer they get better value for money for locking in their purchases early.
OVERVIEW
Tamp & Grind, a specialty coffee shop, relied on a previous loyalty provider’s NFC-based stamp system, facing fraud risks, limited reward options, and shallow customer insights.
CHALLENGE
T&G switched to LoyLap Loyalty, where every reward is tied to a unique QR code, eliminating fraud. T&G also gained the flexibility to offer multiple reward types.
OUTCOME
In Q1, 656 stamps were collected. By Q2, that surged to 1,721 stamps. This means stamps doubled customers are engaging deeply, turning visits into lasting loyalty.
