Darina McCafferty, owner and director of Cornucopia, reflects on the restaurant’s enduring success:

My mother, the founder, had an incredible drive to survive. She refused to give up, even during tough times like the 1980s recession and the challenges of the pandemic. Her determination, combined with support from family and friends, kept us going.”

  • Orders are sent directly to the kitchen, where they’re promptly prepared and delivered to the correct table.
